Supporting vulnerable communities through local gift delivery

On August 12, Haewoori Offshore Wind Co., Ltd. joined hands with the Ulsan Dong-gu Social Welfare Center to deliver dried seaweed and fresh seasonal fruits to neighbors in need.

This initiative was designed to support the health and well-being of vulnerable individuals in Ulsan, while fostering mutual prosperity with local fishing communities and contributing to the regional economy; the dried seaweed was sourced directly from fishing cooperatives, and the fruits were provided by local vendors. 

We believe offshore wind can power more than just homes – it can uplift communities. Looking forward to more moments that genuine sustainability continues.

지역 취약계층을 위한 후원 전달식 진행

㈜해울이해상풍력발전은 8월 12일 울산 동구 종합사회복지관과 함께 지역 어르신들과 취약계층 이웃들에게 미역과 제철 과일을 전달했습니다.

이번 활동은 지역 내 취약계층의 건강한 식생활을 지원하는 동시에, 울산 지역 어촌계와 상권과의 상생을 실천하고자 마련되었으며, 행사에 사용된 미역과 제철 과일은 각각 지역 어민 협동조합과 상인을 통해 직접 구매·조달되었습니다. 

㈜해울이해상풍력발전은 앞으로도 지속가능한 방식으로 울산 지역사회와 연결되는 활동을 이어가겠습니다.
